Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery. If your shirt arrived looking like it went through something, that is on us.

Email us at support@touchsumgrass.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Your call.

We do not accept returns for "I changed my mind." We get it. Buyer's remorse is real. But these shirts are printed on demand specifically for you, so there is no shelf to put them back on.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we confirm the issue. Your bank might take a couple extra days on top of that.
