Return & Refund Policy

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference — including but not limited to: changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, found it cheaper elsewhere, or simply feel differently about the design now than you did at checkout.

Please check the size guide before ordering. It is on the product page. It is there on purpose.

What We Do Cover

We will replace or refund your order, at no cost to you, if:

  • The item arrives with a manufacturing defect (misprints, ink errors, structural damage)
  • The item arrives visibly damaged in shipping
  • You received the wrong item entirely

To initiate a claim, email us at nathanwitukbusiness@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days. If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return the defective item.

What We Do Not Cover

  • Size or color dissatisfaction (please read the product description and size guide)
  • Minor variations in color due to screen calibration differences between your monitor and real life
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Orders outside the 30-day window

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before they enter production. After that, cancellation is not possible because your item is already being made. Email nathanwitukbusiness@gmail.com immediately if you need to cancel.
