Shipping Policy
Touch Sum Grass Apparel operates on a print-on-demand model. This means your order does not exist until you place it. We do not have a warehouse full of shirts. A warehouse has your shirt after you order it, and then it ships.
Production Time
Orders are sent to our print partner within 24 hours of purchase. Production takes 2–7 business days depending on the item and current print volume. This happens before shipping. It is not the same as shipping time.
Shipping Times (after production)
- United States: 3–5 business days (Standard) or 1–2 business days (Express, $15)
- International: 10–20 business days via USPS or DHL Express (calculated at checkout)
Total Delivery Estimate
Add production time to shipping time. That is the actual number. If you need a shirt by a specific date, plan accordingly and consider Express shipping. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. The tracking number is real. Please allow 24 hours for it to populate in the carrier's system before concluding that something has gone wrong.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not our fees. We do not control them and cannot predict them.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact your local carrier first. If the package is genuinely lost in transit, contact us at nathanwitukbusiness@gmail.com and we will work it out.
