By placing an order with Touch Sum Grass Apparel, you agree to the following terms. Reading them is optional but recommended. They mostly describe normal commerce.

The Store

Touch Sum Grass Apparel sells graphic apparel produced on demand through a third-party print provider. We design it. They print it. You wear it outside, theoretically.

Orders and Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or stock-level issues at our print provider. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Print-on-Demand Nature of Products

Items are not pre-made. They are produced after purchase. This affects production and shipping timelines. See our Shipping Policy for specifics.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, monitor calibration, and the general relationship between digital displays and physical dye. This is not fraud. This is physics.

Intellectual Property

All designs on this site are the property of Touch Sum Grass Apparel. You may not reproduce, copy, or sell them. You may wear them in public, which is the point.

Limitation of Liability

Touch Sum Grass Apparel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the order in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be on this page. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of whatever the current version says.
